How can you estimate without visiting?
We measure your property from satellite imagery, cross-check against your photos, and price from real, current DFW material and labor costs. Our satellite takeoffs are typically within a few percent of the tape measure — no visit is needed to get your written price. Once you accept it, a quick confirmation walk happens before work begins.
Do you do stamped and decorative concrete?
Yes — it's a specialty. Stamped patterns, exposed aggregate, sawcut panel designs, stains, and decorative overlays, always chosen from physical samples so you know exactly what you're getting before pour day.
How long does construction take?
Most driveways and patios are completed in one to three days on site. Your written estimate includes a realistic timeline, and our on-time start commitment is documented with it.
Do you handle commercial or city projects?
Yes — commercial parking lots, slabs-on-grade, ADA walks, and municipal flatwork. Commercial bids come itemized with engineering requirements spelled out, and for public projects we prepare budgetary proposals in the format councils and city staff expect.
Are you licensed and insured?
Fully. General liability coverage on every project, and we're glad to provide certificates with your estimate.
Will my new concrete crack?
All concrete moves — the difference is preparation. Proper sub-base compaction, steel reinforcement, and correctly placed control joints determine whether movement shows. We engineer for Texas soil and back the work with a written workmanship guarantee.
